We have everything related to breakfast amd our meals are simply delicious. Some of our pancake varieties include the buckwheat, Whole Wheat Caramel, Cheesecake, just to name a few. The famous Compton pancake is a secret recipe made from scratch every day, and is so good, you don't even need syrup on it. We're the home of the Double "Triple Play" - a hearty delight that includes two pancakes, two eggs, two strips of bacon, homefries and toast - for the great low price of just $4.25. It's an unbeatable meal, but make sure you bring an appetite! Compton's Pancake House serves breakfast all day, but we have lunch too! Stop by for your favorite finger food like the Fried Chicken Sandwich, Tuna Salad Sandwich, Ruben Melt and many more items. We're proud to offer a friendly atmosphere that's accommodating and polite. Inside out spacious dining space we have 125 seats that include a long diner-style counter top and booths, and a cozy fireplace near the rear. This was one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever been to! The pancakes were so soft and flavorful it was to die for! Our bill was only $30 and it was 4 of us who ate WELL! I would definitely go back to this place even if I have to go out my way!

Can be a long wait, but worth it!! It's a "typical dinner", and this was the fourth attempt to come here, over the years! Every other time we happened to try this spot (always on a weekend) we were told it would be anywhere btwn a 20-40 min wait. Once we were " quoted" a 1hr wait. No way! Finally we got here one weekend and only waited 10-15 mins.I will say the pancakes were glorious (though my husband & daughter said very sweet). And my BLT was exceptional!!! The bacon was perfectly cooked and it was all-around one of the best I've had!!Oh, and a bonus-- the onion rings were perfection!As a mom with two kids--I often notice bathrooms. This one did have a changing table (thumbs up) but could've been cleaner.Prices are decent, but a bit more than some other diners in near by towns.Also, my hot-sauce fan- friend, said their hot sauce was great & she asked if I could bring another bottle next time I got to Compton's!

From out of town and found this place online a while back. What a treat! The service was amazing!!! Our waitress was so nice and got us our food quickly.Then the food; wow the food was good. This was two years ago, but I remember getting a waffle and some bacon. My friend got the same or something similar. We were both beyond pleased.Great place, must try!

This place was amazing not for the food but for the service. Our waitress was amazing attentive and supper helpful. She engaged us and was honest about the best dishes. I will come back here the next time I'm in PA!!!! I wish I could remember her name.

Awesome service, awesome food, quick, friendly, accommodating, especially Jacquelin. She is the absolute best. Pancakes were amazing and hot as was everything else! We had a party of 10, and were served quickly, and professionally.

Best breakfast spot in stroudsburg. Hidden gem right on Rt611. On a packed day seating is quick, staff is fast and efficient and food is always incredible.

If you are close by definitely stop here to have breakfast. The service is too notch and the food is amazing. I had the country fried steak and it's the best I've ever had.

Went for my boo’s birthday. We were sat down quickly. The food was good. Service was amazing. They lost a star because I asked for runny eggs and my eggs were far from that. Also, the pancakes taste like some kind of meat like the grill wasn’t clean. Came from out of town so I most likely won’t be back, but I would tell a friend to stop by.

We ate here for the first time this morning. The waitress was amazing. She recommended that I have the french toast which was delicious. We also had the big breakfast which was spot on. The only reason for not 5 stars is the terrible rap type music they had playing. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try just talk loud or bring ear plugs.
